One hundred years ago, 26-year-old Alice O'Brien of Saint Paul set sail for wartime France as a volunteer. High-minded and high-spirited, she wanted to contribute to the allied cause and she was about to have the time of her life. Join Alice's great niece, Minnesota Book Award nominee Nancy O'Brien Wagner, to learn the story of Alice and the Great War.
