Project Overview
The Creative Memory Cafe provides arts access and creative engagement to those who are impacted by a dementia diagnosis and their caregivers. Creative activities and engagement will be facilitated by Mindy Bolton, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Community Artist, who will provide arts education while also facilitating mindful, meaningful, open modes of thought and communication.
