Project Overview

Loft First Pages are writing classes, with topics including: poetry, introductions to creative writing, getting published, editing, memoirs, and more. Next Chapter Book Clubs allow people with developmental disabilities to participate in a book club. Groups of 8-12 participants meet with trained book club facilitators to read aloud (receiving as much support as needed) and discuss a book for 1 to 2 hours at a time. Westminster Town Hall forum features nationally acclaimed authors and speakers who give talks on diverse and pressing topics and are open to the public and broadcast live.
