Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants will learn about the creative writing process, enhance their writing skills and also learn about the publishing process. The program will also facilitate increased exposure to professional working writers and artists, and increase participation of students of a variety of ages and backgrounds in arts programs.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The programs exposed a variety of people of all ages and backgrounds to the craft of writing. These programs increased exposure to professional working writers and to the literary craft. Of the participants surveyed, 98% learned something that was helpful to their own literary work, 93% felt more confident about what they learned, and a full 100% intended to apply what they learned.
