Crafty Minnesota: Patrons will have an opportunity to learn a textile craft; patrons will learn more about textile craft practices or history.

LitKnit: Participants learn a new knitting skill or enhance an existing knitting skill. Participants share literature through oral reading.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Crafty Minnesota: 100% of participants practiced a textile craft. 98% know more about textile art after attending program. Comments include: "Thanks for sticking with me teaching me an alternative way to stitch" and "This was really awesome! Great teacher, learned at a good pace. I'm definitely going to continue knitting."

LitKnit: 100% of participants practiced knitting. 85% discussed books or writing with others. Comments include: "I love listening to stories" and "I never thought I'd knit a hat" and "Love the tutorial help from experienced knitters."
