Decorate with Minnesota's symbols like the loon and Walleye and pick from all sorts of bits and bobs, do-dads, and other creative repurposed materials to make your unique, one-of-a-kind wearable art work. ArtStart will be on hand to kickoff summer with this fun art activity at the library's annual summer festival!
