Patrons learned something new about Asian American art, music, culture and traditions; developed intercultural awareness and appreciation; and learned cultural literacy skills, including the following: "Paper folding Chinese techniques" and "A little bit about how most Hmong immigrants go to the US" and "We love our classic songs in Hmong" and "making pop-up cards" and "Paper folding originated in China, was adopted in Japan as origami."
