Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The workshops will provide opportunities for artistic expression through project based crafts. Children will be inspired, gain information and gather ideas for extending art projects at home.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The workshops provided attendees the opportunity to explore concepts related to nature as they worked with a variety of art tools to express their own creativity. According to the Project Outcome surveys given to attendees, 82% of respondents said they intend to apply what they learned in the future, 72% were more confident about what they learned, and 68% were more aware of resources and services provided by the library.

Respondents indicated that they enjoyed the programs, with one stating that "the opportunity for my daughter to try different types of art mediums [was what I liked most]." Another respondent said that the "combination of great teaching, engaging the students and hands-on activities to apply what they learned" was a stand-out aspect of the programming.
