Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants will experience the creative process and learn about the art medium of acrylic paint and basic principles of painting. Participants will bring home a completed work to enjoy.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants commented on how much they appreciated the educational piece on mixing colors and stopping before it becomes a muddy color. Half the class was not acquainted with canvas and acrylic art painting prior to this class. Techniques for producing a better finished product were helpful to all of the attendees.
