Participants will learn about the culture, history, and celebrations related to henna, how to write their own story and create their own superhero, the art of hip-hip and song writing, and much more! They will be able to take their art projects home to share and teach to family and friends.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants loved learning about the art of henna and being painted with henna. The art of hip-hop and songwriting was also popular with the kids, and they enjoyed taking home their poetry, stories, and craft projects to share with family and friends.
