Celebrate Bob Ross at the Oakdale Library! This event will have activities for Bob Ross enthusiasts. Kristi Nelson, a certified Ross instructor, will demo the step-by-step painting techniques as well as answer questions and help you with those technique as you create your own Bob Ross inspired masterpiece to take home!
