Project Overview

Anyone who's visited St. Paul in the last few years knows there have been big changes to the footprint of the city. From the gentrification of the Warehouse District to the rise of Light Rail Transit to the redevelopment of Downtown, the signs of new life are everywhere. But change doesn't happen in a vacuum. Join David Lanegran, Professor Emeritus of Geography at Macalester, as he talks about the politics and economics behind the transformation of our urban landscape.
