He presided over an extraordinary era in St. Paul history which saw the revitalization of the city and the increasing diversity of its citizens. Join Mayor George Latimer for a conversation about politics, city life and our changing times. George Latimer was mayor of St. Paul from 1976 to 1990. He served in the Clinton administration as Assistant Secretary for HUD and is currently Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Macalester.
