Project Overview

Join us for a stimulating theater presentation and discussion led by local actors and teaching artists. They will read scenes from "Skeleton Crew" written by Dominique Morisseau, a Yellow Tree Theatre's production. Set during the Great Recession of 2008, "Skeleton Crew" follows Detroit auto plant workers who have to decide how to make a livelihood if the plant closes. The presentation will be followed by a discussion of the themes, tying in current events, personal values and narratives.
