Participants will learn oil pastel techniques form a local artist. Some programs will encourage teamwork to complete artwork to take home.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Attendees at two library branches were able to learn oil pastel techniques from local artist Karen Tan in this series of programs. One of the programs featured an adult and child working together, which strengthened teamwork as well as artistic skills.
