Attendees will learn a bit of forgotten MN history, and how writers are driven to tell their story.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Both author events were enjoyed by participants. One event concentrated on little-known Minnesota history, and the other on a memoir of meeting and losing each other in the 1950s, then meeting again years later. When asked what they enjoyed most about the programs, attendees responded with Fun history and info about MN, reliving the 50s, and honesty--factual?believeable. Both programs got high marks for their presentations and speakers Presenter was excellent, spoke well, knowledgeable and the presentation was excellent.
