Project Overview

End in Mind is a unique, multi-layered community engagement project designed to inspire and motivate individuals and families across Minnesota to have meaningful conversations about living and dying well. One important component is the legacy letter, a way for an individual to capture their story, values, and life lessons and make it a keepsake to be shared with family and/or friends. This can encompass both personal history, as well as cultural history.
