Selected Comments: This has been a valuable experience, not only for me personally but because it has given me more perspective on what others have been going through as well. It helps to open up and share our feelings, etc., with others, so hopefully the writing groups will have a wonderful impact on others who are feeling alone and don't know how to cope. " This writing workshop has helped me to start journaling about my experiences with grief. I am able to express myself in ways I never though possible. I believe as I continue to write I will be able to open up and stop holding things inside. Writing with mothers who have lost a child to murder. Really shown that I'm not crazy! Grief is grief, pain is pain, and loss is loss. On bringing moms together on both sides of murder, sharing unbelievable again grief is grief."
