Remembering Prince: With Local Show Host Andrea Swensson
Chanhassen Library will host a second annual Remembering Prince program. This year our speaker is Andrea Swensson, author of Got to Be Something Here: The Rise of the Minneapolis Sound and host of 89.3 The Current's The Local Show. The Carver County Historical Society will display little-seen prints of the Dr. Ginnie Love photo collection featuring Prince and Paisley Park.

Audience participants will learn about the musical environment of the Twins Cities that fostered the development of the musician Prince.
Our Prince fans just cannot get enough of Carver County's famous musician. There was a lot of unknown history about Prince. Many appreciated hearing about his early years and childhood influences.
