25-100 children per site will particpate/learn yoga movements.
Measurable Outcome(s)
Children and parents learned basic yoga poses and movement while listening to favorite stories. Parents commented they liked the body movements the children made that expressed what they were feeling about the words and story. One mother was looking forward to playing storybook CDs at home and practicing working together on yoga poses.
