OneBook, OneLakeville and the Friends of the Heritage Library are proud to present their fourth annual main event, a celebration of words and music with author Matthew Sanford. In his award-winning book, Waking: A Memoir of Trauma and Transcendence, Sanford chronicles his journey from a tragic crash that left him paralyzed to becoming a yoga teacher and a leading voice in the field of integrative health.
