Comments from hosting librarian: The three girls that came for the program all seemed to enjoy it. They came up with some nice patterns with their beads and ended up with what seemed to be a sturdy finished product. Jill (from the Eagan Art House) demonstrated how to string beads on the supplied wire and did all the crimping and hooking with pliers that was needed. We all had a nice chat about favorite books and television shows while they were beading. One of the girls even made a second bookmark for her sister, who was at a Twins game. Two of the girls mentioned that they were from Inver Grove Heights, the other was from Savage.
