Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience will be shown raw materials of basic book printing. Participation through a dress-up opportunity and a question and answer session will be provided for better understanding of the entire book publishing process.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Children were given a fun program where they were able to understand how a book comes to be in the library. Feedback included the interaction from the author, in answering questions regarding how she comes up with her writing material to making a book really impressed the audience. They really related to Mary Bleckwehl and the work involved to produce a book.
The audience loved the dress up session.
