The instructor will introduce children to yoga through stories, music and movement. Children's literature will provide worlds where yoga postures can be learned and expressed with imagination. Children will have the opportunity to play, create, rest and giggle all in the context of a yoga storytime class.

Children love the session and parents are pleased with what they learn from Annalisa. There are many books on yoga but Annalisa prefers not to use these titles because they are pedantic and parents don’t have access to these titles.
