Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Viewers will learn about the legacy of African Americans in Minnesota baseball history and contribute their knowledge to the history gathered by curator Frank M. White.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Thousands of library patrons viewed the exhibit at Rondo library and 30 people of all ages attended a public program with the exhibit curator, Frank White. Mr. White collected more stories and details from people who experienced the exhibit and public program, adding to the history of Black baseball in Minnesota. Mr. White is planning to write a book on the topic incorporating the stories shared at the public library programs and exhibits. Suggested reading list titles increased circulation at Saint Paul Public Library.
