Children's literature will provide worlds where yoga postures can be learned and expressed with imagination. 25-50 children per library site will participate/learn yoga movements.
Measurable Outcome(s)
Children and parents learned basic yoga poses and movement while listening to favorite their stories. Parents comment how amazing it is to watch movements the children are making and how it expresses what they hear and feel about the words and story.
