23 classes in fall 2011. Attendees will learn new writing skills. Attendees will be encouraged to continue their writing. Increase materials circulation.

Measurable Outcome(s)

23 writing workshops were attended by 136 patrons. 79 adults and teens filled out evaluation forms. 12 children filled out evaluation forms.
Comments were positive with some patrons asking that the program be longer. Selected comments: “Thank you for providing these free classes. I love it!!” “I only wish it were longer.” “Great Loft professor with really good material/advice.” “Thanks! I’m appreciative of the time and effort to come alongside aspiring, but novice writers.” “The program should last for 30 minutes more or an hour.”
“I really liked how he talked about the characters and was supporting.” “You should do it again!!!!”
