50 patrons completed evaluation forms. 86% indicated that they learned more about publishing writings on food or restaurants. 64% indicated that they learned more about Twin Cities-area restaurants. 58% indicated that they planned to check out related library materials. 100% of attendees rated the quality of the program as Excellent (46%), Very Good (40%) or Good (14%). 54% heard about the program through ads HCL ran on the websited Heavy Table.
