Project Overview
Historian Kim Heikkila will talk about Minnesota women who served as nurses during the Vietnam War. Dedicated healers, the women found that some of the most difficult wounds they encountered were the psychological ones. Heikkila will be joined by several of the nurse veterans who will talk about their experiences.
