Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Bring teens into the library for an unforgettable artistic experience through the guidance of a professional art instructor.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Comments from hosting librarian: Interest in this program was not as good as I had hoped, but I did not have a lot of information to promote it with. For all of Eagan Art House's classes, I wish they had pictures of completed projects to use for publicity and more in- depth descriptions to help "sell" the program. We had 3 boys for this class. The instructor was very hands on and sat with the kids while they worked. The kinetic robots they created were well suited for the age range, and allowed the teens to be as much of an artist as they liked. Some wanted to focus on drawing with great detail in pencil, others used some of the mixed media choices she brought and colored their robots with markers. (SSP)
