Treasure Village Children's Theatre presented "The Frog Prince." This charming tale was presented in an hour length program with interactive audience participation. The show aimed to teach children not to judge from appearances and to value the practice of helping other's.

Of the written evaluations (56): 100% responded that overall the program exceeded or met expectations. 100% responded that Mike Wohnoutka's presentation as an illustrator met or exceeded expectations. 75% responded that is was very useful to learn how to evaluate illustrations in picture books. Many commented that evaluating book illustrations will help decide what books to buy for their library or classroom. Several attendees commented that when they read stories to children, they had not paid enough attention to illustrations, but will definitely do so in the future.
