This genealogy workshop will give tips on how to organize a family history. Participants will learn several ways to help bring order to chaos of piles of research materials that are amassed.

Participants will learn how to organize the family research they have done so that it may be preserved for the future. They will discover new methods for preserving family history that will aid them in their future genealogy work. Anecdotal responses will be collected.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Attendees learned practical tips for gathering and storing family history details. The presenter gave a variety of ideas using varying levels of technology, which was good since some are more comfortable with technology than others. She had great examples to share of the work that she has done herself.
