Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We would expect that the audience members would gain valuable knowledge about other train depots around the state. They would also hear valuable stories about how other communities have invested in and preserved their depots.
Participant evaluation/surveys and anecdotal responses will be collected.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience members gained knowledge about depots in the state that are still in good condition and about those that have disappeared over the years. Community members did learn about the efforts of other communities to keep their depots in good condition through the years. The orphan trains in Minnesota were also discussed among the audience members during the program.

Source of Additional Funds

The city of Fulda provided the use of their meeting room at no cost to the library.
