Project Overview
Christian brought several animals and set up their cages in the park outside the library. He brought armadillos, emu chicks, a baby red fox, a baby kangaroo, a dingo and a macaw. He informed the audience about the differences between the animals he brought and animals that are found in Minnesota. Children and parents were able to ask questions as well as touch the animals.

Attendees will gain knowledge about a variety of animals; how they are both different and similar to animals in our region.
Measurable Outcome(s)
The audience gave us responses verbally and through their actions. Verbally, parents of the children attending said "Good message about helping people" and "This showed my daughter how vanity is worthless." The actions of the audience immediately after also showed that the message of the program was received. The children all wanted to speak with the characters and have their pictures taken. There was audience discussion following the program in which several of the children participated.

The businesses in the community contributed $300 in order for the program to last two hours.
