Project Overview
Winter Reading Program 2015 is a system-wide adult winter reading program that takes place at member libraries. The Winter Reading Program provides a venue for adults to read and record the number of books they read during the timeframe allowed. In exchange for reading, they were offered small complimentary gifts. Plum Creek Libraries compete for the "Champion Reader" trophy.
