Project Overview
Sean Kenney is renowned for his use of LEGOS to design and create contemporary sculptures for major corporations and venues around the globe. The arboretum has 25 of his sculptures on display and is sponsoring a community build for 200 folks to participate on August 8, at the Sensory Garden Center.

The Lego sculptures were amazing." "Learned a lot about plans and the Arboretum., "Really enjoyed the children's activities." A senior citizen comment was, "I would never have been able to come here on my own, I no longer drive outside of Wabasso." Participant evaluations and anecdotal responses were collected.
Source of Additional Funds
Partnered with the Redwood Falls library and shared bus costs. The Apple Gourd Community Garden provided lunch and snacks.
