Our patrons will enjoy this program and be excited to have something new presented. Knowledge will be gained through the historical portion of the presentation as well as the practical application of the art. I expect that this program will bring renewed interest in alternative art and will result with people inquire at the library for more informational materials. As in the past, our patrons will appreciate being the recipients of an outside program which has always resulted in renewed interest in the library.
Participant evaluation/surveys and anecdotal responses will be collected.
We collected 36 surveys and 20 of those rated the quality of the program as Great. 32 said yes to attending another legacy program. Both the written and verbal feedback were overwhelmingly positive. People have come to the library to comment on how much they enjoyed the program.
The elementary school provided the venue at no cost.
