On Time Circus Puppet Show - Margo McCreary
Ms. Tock has set out with her feisty dog, a diva chicken and tagalong mice in her quirky little trailer assembled from pieces of her past. Together they have a circus to perform and not just any circus: this circus is On-Time! Ms. Tock studied time with her beloved Grandfather Clock and now even Grandfather Clock has a timely circus act. There is just one catch, and that has the fate of the On-Time Circus up in the air. The show is written, created and performed by puppet artist Margo McCreary, who has dug deep into her repertoire of puppet types to build a creative array of animated objects.

Most of the libraries will hold the performance in conjunction with their summer reading program so it will be a great draw for those participants and others as well. The children will learn the value of telling and keeping track of time, as well as the importance of responsibility and all will experience the enchantment of the outdoor traveling puppet show performance. Participant evaluations and anecdotal responses will be collected.
Everywhere they went Margo McCreary's On-Time Circus puppet show presented a delightful, entertaining and engaging program. Libraries had record turnouts for the program with a total of 1,052 attendees collectively. Some locations were at very small libraries and because of the nature of the program, being an out of doors self contained stage, the attraction was great and attendance soared.
