A National Domestic Violence Month Program: Speaker Connie Nelson, a domestic violence survivor, will tell her story of living with domestic violence and what finally gave her the courage to do so after many years of abuse. The book 'Stolen Years: A True Story of Domestic Abuse & Survival' by Darrel Day is the story of Connie's ordeal and ultimately of her survival.
