Apfelfest at The Landing
A bus trip to The Landing (formerly Historic Murphy's Landing), a living history setting with authentic 19th-century buildings and living history demonstrations portraying 19th Century Minnesotans on the frontier.

Participants will learn how 19th-century Minnesota immigrants established their lives on the frontier, both in farmsteads and villages. They will also discover the culture of German immigrants and the history of Minnesota Äpfel (German for apples).
