The audience will learn the ins and outs of organic farming and cooking locally in Minnesota. They will also learn about the struggles and benefits to running one's own business.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Many in the collected surveys commented that they learned a lot about organic farming and the chemicals that can affect your food. Many were surprised to learn that there is also a large volume of people wanting to be involved in clean eating. Many also commented on what it takes to become involved and educated in a cause.
