Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1) To educate and entertain children of all ages through a magic program,
2) To provide children with a fun and educational theater experience,
3) To provide a positive experience for Winsted residents and visitors while highlighting the public library as a contributing partner in community-wide events.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants:
1) Learned vocabulary, for example, “magic words,” “magic tricks,” “recycling” (a portion of the show used newspapers and the magician encouraged the children to recycle.)
2) Enjoyed the magic tricks that were a favorite part of the show, especially the peanut butter, big wand, and balloon tricks.
3) Expressed that the program was very enjoyable.
