Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants will learn calligraphy techniques. They will be able to use this skill to express themselves creatively and is something that they can use for a lifetime.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Participants learned the basics of calligraphy such as the angle at which to hold the pen and how to determine letter size. Having the opportunity to take supplies home to practice was helpful. Participants stated that there was so much more to learn and they wished there were more classes. One participant said she was excited to take this new skill and use it to make cards and for scrapbooking. They would like more art classes offered.
