Author David Housewright
People who attend this program will be able to meet with a well-known and well-respected author that they may never have been able to connect with in another way. They will learn about how David Housewright goes about his craft of writing. Those who may not have read his work before will be temped to come into the library to check out the books he has written or explore other crime/mystery novelists.
Attendees of this author event commented that they found Housewright very entertaining in person and that they learned more about mystery/crime novels than they ever expected to. Participants stated they enjoyed hearing from an author about how he works, his stories about the history of crime novels, his informational style, how interesting and fun he was, learning how a writer works to create a book, and learning that writers get addicted to the quirks of their writing habits.
