Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

This program will teach children about our natural world and animals that live in Minnesota and elsewhere. In addition, it will make people more aware of the library as a community resource, specifically the library's summer reading program and other offerings for children.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The children were introduced to animals they may know nothing about. Participants learned about the animals and how they should be treated. Also, the hands-on experience teaches to respect the animal but not to fear it.
