Anytime a program based on historical events and the impact on local areas is offered, it can bring about conversation and sharing of experiences as well as spark interest in other historical events. Bringing in a local author can inspire others to share their own experiences or maybe even to pen their own books. Participant evaluation and anecdotal responses will be collected.
