Artist Jen Anfinson introduces participants to arm knitting, a process of using one's arms as knitting needles. She discusses techniques, supplies and project options and participants will make an infinity scarf using a bulky yarn that Anfinson provides.

Participants will learn how to arm knit a scarf, learn what yarns are best used for this sort of project, what techniques to create the perfect scarf and what other supplies are needed. Participant evaluations will be collected.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Each participant was given the experience to arm knit an infinity scarf using this new skill. They also learned about various yarns and the best ones to use for arm knitting. Techniques needed to successfully arm knit were provided.
