Ancestry Library Edition - Molly Schweinfurter
This session goes in-depth to the subscription website Ancestry Library Edition. Participants will review basic search strategies and learn tips and tricks of using the site. Participants will have the opportunity to look up their own family history information on the library's computers during the program.

Participants will learn to use the Ancestry Library Edition website. The library has a paid subscription to the service and would like to see the program utilized more by the community and library patrons. Anecdotal responses will be collected.
Those who attended learned how to use the Ancestry Library Edition website and about the differences between a home subscription and a library edition subscription. They learned various searching tricks and shared stories of their past searches into their family histories. Participants requested that the library offer community members time on the computers when the library was closed to the public in order to allow for more extensive searching.
