Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

This program will expose children and families to live music performance. The performer encourages audience participation and dancing. We plan to use this program to celebrate National Library Week and since we have not held programs in honor of this celebration before are hoping that by doing so it will bring new people into the library. Anecdotal responses will be collected.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The program appealed to children of all ages and the adults who attended seemed to have just as much fun as the kids. Leslie Dolby writes and performs her own original music so it was a good opportunity for the attendees to interact with a singer/songwriter. Many positive responses were heard and it was noted that the program attracted some who had never been to the library before.
