Deuces Wild! Dueling Pianos
Deuces Wild is a dueling piano show with two grand pianos set up back to back played by two professional players, Ted and Dave. The performers are musicians, singers and comedians and accept audience requests. The music ranges from Beethoven to the Beatles and Ted and Dave entertain the audience with songs as well as humorous bits that involve lyric substitutions and audience participation. The library will provide tickets for the performance and bus transportation from Jackson, Lakefield and Heron Lake.

This program broadens the arts opportunities for local citizens by eliminating the barriers to participate. The program will be free of charge and include free bus transportation to the auditorium. It is expected that many of the participants would not have been able to attend the program had it not been free to them. In addition, many of the participants have not attended a performance of this quality and content. Participation evaluations and anecdotal responses will be collected.
The program was very entertaining, made us laugh and have fun. It couldn't have been any better! 'This was so much fun. I took my 89 year old mother and she had such a good time.'
